Delivery Expectations
We offer free shipping on all orders placed on exxo.com.au.
Orders are shipped using Australia Post or registered couriers.
We currently ship within Australia only.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, peak periods, remote or regional addresses, weather events, or other factors outside our control.
Dispatch Policy

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) of payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 1:00pm AEST (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 1:00pm, on weekends, or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery Policy

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).

Estimated delivery time is 2–9 business days, depending on your location and carrier service.

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate and accessible.

If no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may leave a card for collection or attempt re-delivery.

Where an Authority to Leave (ATL) is provided, parcels may be left in a safe place at your risk.

Once goods are delivered to you (or an authorised recipient), ownership and risk transfer to you.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, missing access details, or repeated missed deliveries, re-delivery fees may apply.
Shipping Costs
All orders ship free of charge.
There are no shipping fees applied at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Tracking updates may take several hours to appear once the carrier scans the parcel.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a refund is approved and EXXO covers return freight, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable and insured service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
