What is the Returns Policy?
We want you to be confident shopping with EXXO.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of your order date for a full refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

Australian Consumer Law (Important)
This Refund & Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with ACL.
These rights cannot be excluded or limited by this policy.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Return shipping costs will be covered by EXXO, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 24–48 hours to your original payment method.
Please note: your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
