We work closely with a trusted manufacturing partner overseas to produce our products. Each item is tested and evaluated in Australia before being sold under the EXXO brand. We own the brand, select the product range, choose colour options, and set the standards for what we sell.

All stock is held in our own Australian warehouse, which we own and operate. Our in-house warehouse manager and team handle storage, packing, and dispatch, ensuring fast delivery and full control over quality and order accuracy.

We also manage all customer service, returns, and warranties directly so if there’s ever an issue, you’re dealing with real people in Australia who can actually fix it.
